Directions For Use 

To open the capsule, turn the thread, fill it with herbs and close it securely again. The capsules are securely screwed on thanks to their thread, so that you don’t lose the filling when you’re on the go. To clean, put them directly into Isopropyl alcohol to soak, rinse off and ensure they are totally dry before putting them back into the chamber.
