What is Microdosing?

Essentially, microdosing is the act of consuming a sub-perceptual amount of a psychedelic  with the intention of increasing the quality of your life. Day 4: Repeat cycle.

This is a popular pattern in order to not build a tolerance  so you can continually reap the benefits of microdosing over a sustained period of time. This is the most common schedule, but you get to be the one to decide how to microdose- there is no ‘one size fits all’.
